Q: What's your daily routine like?

A: To be honest, it has been tough to keep a real daily routine but I try to eat and sleep at normal hours and do some form of exercise each day.

Q: What are you doing to prepare for the 2020-21 season?

A: I'm taking the opportunity to rest and rehab my injuries, doing lots of physio to make sure I'm healthy and ready to go for the coming season.

Q: What (creative) ways are you working on your skill development while at home?

A: I have been doing some hand-eye coordination/balance drills with tennis balls since it's a bit difficult to pass a rugby ball to yourself. I'm also watching online videos and my own game footage to expand my rugby knowledge.

Q: What is your nutrition program like?

A: I try to eat a lot of salads, veggies and fruit, but to survive the quarantine you have to have some cheat snacks. My go to has been Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

Q: How are you staying connected with teammates, friends and family?

A: Technology has made it really easy to stay connected with everyone through facetime, snapchat, zoom socials, texts and phone calls.

Q: When the anxiety of living during a pandemic gets to be overwhelming what do you do to get through it?

A: Get outside, get some fresh air and go for a nice nature walk.

Q: What's something new you've been doing during this time?

A: learning to knit (what might turn out to be a blanket, maybe...).

Q: What's the one thing you miss the most?

A: I miss spending time with my friends and teammates and being able to use athletic facilities.

Q: What's your go-to binge-worthy TV show? Why?

A: Grey's Anatomy because the drama never gets old.

Q: Best movie franchise to watch while quarantined? Why?

A: Marvel Cinematic Universe because there are so many good movies that have a great mix of action, adventure and humor to distract from the stresses of daily life.
