Q: What's your daily routine like?
A: Work eight hours a day, go for a 5k run and then do online fitness classes.
Q: What are you doing to prepare for the 2020-21 season?
A: Doing daily runs, working online with a personal trainer and private soccer coach to improve technical abilities.
Q: What (creative) ways are you working on your skill development while at home?
A: Reading books and watching old game footage.
Q: What is your nutrition program like?
A: Fully vegetarian meals, with soy-based protein and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Q: How are you staying connected with teammates, friends and family?
A: Talking through social media in our team group chat and private messages with teammates. Also texting and video chatting plenty with family.
Q: When the anxiety of living during a pandemic gets to be overwhelming what do you do to get through it?
A: Go outside for a nice walk or watch the new Michael Jordan Series on Netflix.
Q: What's something new you've been doing during this time?
A: Learning how to play the ukulele.
Q: What's the one thing you miss the most?
A: Playing soccer with my teammates.
Q: What's your go-to binge-worthy TV show? Why?
A: Currently Grey's Anatomy! It's such a dramatic show that it makes you realize life could in fact be worse.
Q: Best movie franchise to watch while quarantined? Why?
A: Indiana Jones. Harrison Ford is my favourite actor and the action in the movies is amazing!
