Q: What's your daily routine like?

A: On weekdays, I wake up at 9 or 10, have breakfast, study from 11-2 and then again from 3-6, usually go for a run before supper then relax in the evenings. On weekends I don't study so I usually exercise and relax most of the time.

A: I have been doing some HIIT workouts as well as going on longer runs almost every day.

Q: What (creative) ways are you working on your skill development while at home?

A: Not much skill developing has happened since we haven't been able to go to soccer fields, but I have made it a goal to really increase my fitness which will help with development.

Q: What is your nutrition program like?

A: Lots of carbs and proteins. Most meals have fresh veggies and meat, though every once in a while there's a treat.
