U SPORTS announced the seedings and bracket for the 2024 U SPORTS rugby championship, to be hosted by the UPEI in Charlottetown. The tournament gets underway on Wednesday, Oct. 30 and concludes the following Sunday, Nov. 3.
The Acadia Axewomen trailed a pair of times in the opening half of Wednesday’s AUS semifinal, but were able to overpower the UPEI Panthers en route to a 36-21 victory.

The UPEI Panthers finished off their Atlantic University Sport women’s rugby regular season with a 47-26 win over the Saint Mary’s Huskies on Friday night at Huskies Stadium in Halifax.
The Acadia Axewomen continued their undefeated season on Saturday in their final exhibition game with a 43-14 victory over the UPEI Panthers in front of 310 fans at Raymond Field.
