The UPEI Panthers defeat the Mount Allison Mounties in their first home game of the 2017 season.
It was a strong fight from both teams throughout the game, with the only goal in the 76th minute by the Panther's forward, #24, Sarah MacVarish.
MTA keeper, Claire West, had an outstanding 12 saves of total 13 shots on goal from the UPEI Panther's.
The Subway Player of the Game is awarded to Mount Allison senior Diana Bowles.
MTA will play their next home game against the Acadia Axewomen on Sunday, September 14th at 1:00PM.
